Your new role
As a Mentor​ at FIAA​ you will be responsible for keeping your ​Trainees and ​Apprentices engaged in their learning​.​ You'll be facilitating meetings and reviewing progress while also working closely with the ISMAA Project Coordinator to ensure streamlined and efficient processes. ​T​he majority of your​working week​ ​will be spent ​travelling to visit apprentices and stakeholders​ as you strive to ​establish trusting and authentic relationships​ ​as their trusted advisor and confidante.

About you
Most importantly, you have a current driver's license and the capacity for regular travel. A proven history of experience with building, carpentry, furniture or cabinet making trade is essential. You are proficient with ​M​icrosoft ​O​ffice and can complete administration​ and reporting requirements​ with minimal assistance​. Previous experience in training or mentoring apprentices will be highly regarded and recent trade qualifications desired. You are willing or already have a ​current ​Working With Children Check and Police ​​Check.
