A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Transaction Banking Client Service Manager to join a small and happy team of this highly regarded financial services institution, with a focus on top end corporates and banks.
Working closely with the Transaction Banking team, this contractor's focus will be to enhance the bank's reputation for service differentiation by proactive client management and development of a value added service, through mature relationship management, genuine client focus, affinity assisting and helping clients with a "can do" attitude. Ultimately we are looking for:
·Intermediate level cash and trade product/processes knowledge
·Basic security services and custody product /process knowledge.
·Sound WB banking operations experience including channels an advantage
·Adept at data collection, analysis and reporting
·Effective interpersonal and communication skills with good questioning skills
·Good analytical and problem solving skills
·Able to recognize basic styles of customer behaviour and how to adapt each style to create positive ‘chemistry’
·Able to identify and manage both transactional and operational risks
·Ability to work under pressure
With a background in transaction banking account management, you will be confident to establish productive relationships with your clients as well as with internal and international stakeholders. Your ability to have product conversations and influence clients positively will be an asset.
