My client is a large Government Agency based in Chatswood and currently has a contract requirement for a Transition and Implementation Lead to come on board and be responsible for change impact assessment, business process design, stakeholder engagement and the integration of communications and training activities into the programme, following Prosci change management methodology.

You will have a proven track record working in a similar role within a large organisation, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 4+ years experience in business process development.
  • Business Degree or equivalent tertiary communication or change management qualification.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation.
  • Experience with complex change communications program across multiple organisations or business units.
  • Understanding of project team and operational stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Good facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication needs analysis skills.
  • Scheduling/Project or workstream coordination experience.
  • Strives to overcome obstacles and where appropriate employs problem-solving techniques in a pragmatic and collaborative manner.
  • Self motivated and proactive, able to work to clearly defined and structured plans
  • Able to plan and organise own workload to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Being able to constructively voice an opinion and challenge views/decisions as appropriate.
  • Able to assimilate information quickly, and present findings in a concise and meaningful way.
  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of Public Transport or the Transport industry.
  • Experience in Ticketing/SmartCard/Credit Card/Financial Services solutions or Transport Operations.
  • An appreciation of Change Management methodology.
  • Experience with communication effectiveness and stakeholder feedback measures.
  • Experience of Process Development, Transition Management, Communications and Training.
