Randstad are seeking several strong administrators that are dedicated, hard working and display a "can do attitude". This is a fantastic opportunity to join a transport company. This is an ongoing opportunity, located on the Southside of Brisbane.

The right candidate will have a background in administration for a transport company. You must be a forward thinker that thrives in a high volume environment with the ability to multitask.

Please be aware that the hours are from 1pm onwards and will be required to work back as late as 1am Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Data entry / order entry

  • Scheduling transport for goods in Brisbane

  • Preparation and distribution of goods

  • Cross check orders for dispatch

Selection criteria:

  • Strong administration skills, account management skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

  • Experience dealing with complex issues

  • Strong software skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and be very reactive

  • Knowledge of the transport industry

  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and displays initiative
