The position entails the backend development of their platform/ products. Constant collaboration with the other development team/ pillars throughout the SDLC. You will be the technical mentor - code reviews and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty from time to time. You’ll be the team manager, ensuring they’re performing and are aligned with the scope given.

Key Responsibilities

• Constant communication and cross-collaboration with other product & development teams.
• Build scalable and high-performance web services with clean, maintainable codes
• Configure, enhance, maintain and debug existing applications
• Keep operations running smoothly, create and coordinate plans
• Work closely with teams for integration points of the existing solutions
• Track your team performance
• Participate in E2E SDLC

skills & experience required

• A Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Computer Science
• Experienced in AWS
• At least 5 years’ Experience in backend development - Nodejs (should be still hands-on)
• Experienced as a lead
• Team player
• Experience in Agile development
• Experienced in enterprise solutions
• Experience with REST API design, development, security, scalability will be added advantage
