Your function You will be responsible for helping to establish and adhere to mobility guidelines based on the strategies and goals outlined by the firm and more specifically the facilities and mobility department. You will be responsible for: -Special point of contact related to mobility matters -Problem and discussions solving -E-mail requests -Administration -Rebillings related to administration cost fines, tyres,¿ -Organization of car orders and follow up -Reporting & listings on demand Compliance: -Ensuring alignment with the strategic goals, policies and procedures of the firm Relationship building: -Maintaining a professional and ethical relationship with internal clients and vendors. You will report to the Mobility Manager.


Your Profile You have preferably a bachelor degree (office management, finance, mobility managment¿) You are fluent with MS office, tools and applications; You are fluent in Dutch, English. Your French is good; You are client friendly, accurate, organised and objective; You have excellent written and oral communication skills; You are result oriented, proactive and stress ressistant.
