job description

- The Center of Excellence Global Lead in Health & Wellness will set the strategy in Health & Wellness, integrating Health & Wellness, Nutrition & capabilities all over the world and oversees the global execution in Health & Wellness. - Consistently deliver transformational innovative Health & Wellness product solutions and consumer propositions and drive sustainable, profitable growth for the Company. - Translate nutritional scientific discoveries & researches in Health & Wellness into differentiated, innovative, science-based, clinically relevant, nutrition products and solutions in order to improve quality of life for our consumers. - Work with different expert providers to select the best possible trade off in relation to chosen technology, their merits and capacity to resolve the challenge as good as possible. Define and quantify the merits in term of money and PR with help of major stakeholders. - Develop new programs to be implemented over Health and Wellness and also support the Global Product Innovation Team with expertise in Raw Materials linked to Health & Wellness. - Lead and manage the competitive intelligence development. - Provide functional and managerial leadership to Gitec with regards to subject related to Nutrition & Health at GHQ level. - Lead the technical development of new products in the frame of the Global Product Innovation & Exploration Platforms working closely with the Zones. - Expand category of Beer & Beverage by managing innovation in Health & Wellness, expanding capacity & capabilities (internal & external), speed to market and leading the agenda of product innovation with Natural Ingredients.

qualification

- University Technical/Engineer degree and/or PhD in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, Food Science, Biochemistry, Health & Wellness or Nutrition - At least 10 years of experience with Food Industry and innovation projects. - Develop and leverage a comprehensive external network, ensuring exclusive access to key external experts (agencies, suppliers, universities). - Define and translate high-level product experience visions, strategies, and goals into specific projects and programs, taking into account all key business constraints (complexity, costs, capital investment, business model, speed to market). Ensure these initiatives are appropriately resourced to execute them successfully and exceed business and technical objectives. - Demonstrated multi-disciplinary project management capabilities and deep technical expertise within technology development. Demonstrated ability to operate across different geographies and cultural realities. - Provide AB InBev information about emerging business opportunities, technology capabilities or scientific breakthroughs, Competitors moves and key product trends and launches worldwide, relevant to AB InBev business needs and that could impact the company strategic direction. - Institute, train and maintain disciplined processes and systems to ensure effective execution and delivery of product innovation projects, with special emphasis on Explore Innovation Projects in particular. - Continuously improve and develop talent and competencies in the field of Product Innovation Development. - Ability to work in a fast paced and high performing environment - Highly motivated, critical thinker, goal oriented and easily adapts to change - Complementary Technical Brewing education is an asset - Fluency in English (written/spoken), other language skills constitute an additional asset. .
