In this position you will partner with - and support the Global Director of Total Reward, HR generalists and business leaders, to support Total Reward-plan design practice, base pay administration and focal review processes with a focus on Europe. Your responsibilities: - Support the Global Director of Total Reward with the analysis, design and reporting of the Company's compensation programs and other matters. - Lead the participation of salary & benefits surveys and support competitive analysis/bench-making of reward practices - Support the roll out of performance management and actively participate in change management initiatives to cultivate on-going performance feedback and strengthen alignment of the organizational goals and individual goals. - Adjust internal reward practices (e.g. salary bands, promotions, pay changes, based on market practice/development, benchmark results and business needs With an emphasis on Europe: - Lead the system administration for Europe of the global cloud-based HRIS system. System administration includes amongst others base salary, annual bonus and long-term incentives on a global basis - Assists with analysis, design and annual roll out of short-term incentive plans with an understanding of sales incentives. Lead the quarterly payment process. - Coordinate with HR Operations and Finance to ensure data integrity within core HRIS and payroll systems and across all employee platforms Collaborating with HR and business professionals across, in a team oriented environment Assists and supports in developing and documenting procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR Directors and Managers to educate managers. Act as system administrator for Europe.

qualification

- You have an analytical mindset. - You are comfortable presenting to senior management. - Experience in a global corporation preferred - Working Knowledge and skill in functions/process of a HRIS system (Cloud based preferred such as Oracle or Workday). - Minimal supervision required, strong customer focus and command skills and is comfortable implementing change and dealing with ambiguity. - Capable of making decisions within guidelines and policies; will consult with leadership when in doubt - High Proficiency with Excel required. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools required. - Strong analytic, written and verbal skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Compensation Experience or comparable HR experience - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field or the equivalent in training and experience.
