Customer Satisfaction is one of our main KPI¿s. You are responsible for the Call Back in your markets. This means that you call the end customer in order to ask (when needed detailed) feedback about our services. Today this represents 20% of your time. - You are the key contact for customer complaints within your respective markets. You make sure that all complaints are handled and closed within the agreed lead times. - You see to it that the complaint process is followed. - You make sure deadlines and targets are met. - You guarantee a smooth cooperation with dealers, market companies and other departments. - You assist your colleagues of the Financial Problem Solver Team with translations whenever necessary.


Higher education or experience equivalent to the same knowledge level - You are fluent (both oral and written) in Swedish, Norwegian, German and English. Any additional language is a plus. - Experience/knowledge in/of breakdown operations is an advantage - Your are customer oriented and can prove excellent communication skills - You like to negotiate and dealing with problems motivates you - You can deal with strict deadlines and targets - You¿re a teamplayer
