Tempo-Team is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator for a client in Schaerbeek (Brussels) : As a Customer Service Coordinator you are responsible for managing the logistic flows to our customers and administrative handling of the "order-to-cash" process. Very important during this process is keeping a constant focus on customer demands and needs together with an accurate processing of the administrative handling of orders, invoices and complaints. Main responsibilities : - In a team of 4 you are responsible for the daily order-to-cash process and first point of contact to our customers. - Check incoming orders and return management and have a critical eye and extra focus on managing exceptions. - Communication to our customers and logistic provider for all outbound and logistic related topics - Support and include promotional activities and innovations towards our customers - Complaints handling regarding deviations in deliveries together with internal and external departments - Lead checks and critical day to day procedures to secure closed end-to-end loops - Responsible for creation and correctness of the customer master data - Analyze and support in improving processes, systems and reporting in order to increase productivity and effectiveness of the Customer Service department and provide a better service to our customers - Contribute to company and department targets ( e.g. Service Level, logistical costs, stock levels, etc.)

qualification

Bachelor or Master degree in logistics or management or economics You have 1-2 year of experience in a similar function with customer relation You have experience with ERP-system, preferably SAP You are comfortable working in MS Office Excellent communicational skills in Dutch, French and English You have a pro-active and pragmatic approach. Result driven team player with a critical and open mindset You have the ability to achieve results true negotiations and convincing stakeholders You are able to switch between operational tasks and strategical topics You take initiative, are flexible and are continuously seeking for improvement of the organizational way of working You have analytical skills and are able to translate this to a management level Availabilities : ASAP - 2 months (Part-Time Contrat - 2 or 3 days/week) Schaerbeek
