Tasks: - Providing first line and where applicable, overall technical support to English Speaking internal and external customers on the company computer systems. - Responding to technical calls, emails, and faxes, by providing answers to questions, troubleshooting guidance, and follow up on to reported problems. - Providing's back-to-back Service Complaint case management. You will work 39 hours a week.

qualification

jouw profiel: - you speak fluently English. Any other European language is an asset. - experience as a customer service representative is a plus - you have good technical insight and have preferably knowledge of IT, technology or bio-medical engineering - you have been working with clients in the past - you have good administrative skills
