job description

-Day to day interface to customer in order to address customers supply and service needs in line with PO business strategies. -Full responsibility for: order creation, delivery creation, transport booking, invoicing and correction documents according to Borealis Guidelines and Procedures (OTC process). Applicable export and import activities. -Support Cash collection to follow up of payment behaviour of the customer to ensure on-time-payment -Support Demand Planning and Control by pro-active follow up of order income, by re-allocation of volumes and active pooling of unsold volumes -Supply timely and accurate response to any customer requests and keep customer pro-actively informed about relevant status updates -Address and channel customer feedback in order to improve customer satisfaction. First contact for issues, defects and complaints respond to customer complaints and mitigate impact of issues -Capture customer insights and stay closely aligned with Sales and other internal and external stakeholders for relevant business and customer information Analyse and manage confirmed volumes within own customer portfolio to pro-actively support Sales Manager to contribute the Sales targets -As applicable pro-active monitoring of Consignment Stocks and Vendor Managed Inventories. Responsible to invoice customer consumption accurately and timely -Contribute to continuous improvements to our systems, processes and to specific customer related supply chain issues. Participate and contribute to assigned improvement projects

qualification

-Min. Bachelor degree or equivalent or combination of High school degree and applicable secondary education -Minimum 2 years (for mature level) of preferably CSR experience or relevant commercial, and business administration experience in a maritime export environment. -Fluent written and verbal command of English + additional (French, Spanish, Italian) -Advanced knowledge of Order Management, basic knowledge of Finance -SAP, Excel and remote communication tools -Operational knowledge of improvement methodologies (e.g. TBW, Six Sigma, Lean etc) -Knowledge of customer base, sales & customer strategies and products to be effective in sales fulfilment for area of responsibility. -Strong Listening & Communication skills, good cultural awareness -Strong Self organisation & time management skills -Pro-active and Results driven -Accurate / Attention to detail -Stress resistant / resilient -Strong network building and maintenance - An exciting and interesting 6 month assignment which can be the stepstone to other opportunities at Borealis - A salary which matches your experience and competences plus extra advantages
