For one or our international clients in South Limburg we are looking for a Key Account Assistant. It is a permanent and full-time office job, starting next year.
Some of your responsibilities are:
You are in charge of following up and managing key accounts in an international framework in terms of administration.
You analyze business processes and will report any possible abnormalities.
You communicate both with internal and external parties on delivery times and stock.
You are in charge of following up the whole process starting from order entry up to delivery for key accounts.
You are keen on efficient work and optimizing processes and you actively suggest improvements.
You preferably hold a master diploma (ideally related to economics or logistics) or similar by relevant work experience.
You have an excellent knowledge of German/ Swedish/ English/ Italian or French
You have an excellent knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
You are service-minded and result-oriented.
You are methodical in your work and communicate respectfully with third parties.
