As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the execution and follow-up of customer orders and ensuring that adequate products are supplied to markets in a timely manner. This includes multiple contacts with (international) markets and plants around the world, banks, surveillance companies and forwarding agents. These tasks will be thoroughly explained through a training, after which the candidate will be able to perform his or her tasks independently and with corresponding responsibility.

qualification

The candidate we are looking for has: - (professional) bachelor or master degree, or equivalent through experience; - Knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain (this by study or experience); - Strong verbal and written skills in English; - A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is important. You are: - a customer service minded teamplayer with problem solving skills and eye for detail; - energetic, flexibel and stress resistant; - able to deal with deadlines; - and a teamplayer. This position is also open for juniors candidates, with experience in/knowledge of Logistics/supply Chain. But most of all: we are looking for people with the right mindset and motivation!
