For one of our pharmaceuticals clients, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist FR/NL/EN. In this case, you have to bid service to customer first, without losing integrity and you will make sure that all customers are serviced appropriately so that they leave happy. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide help : treat orders from a to z and ensure the following up. Be the helpdesk for customers and representatives. Have direct contact with customers and assist them with their problems. - Resolve complaints : process the complaints and reply to inquiries. - Assist internal customers : work closely with the sales department, supply chain and external warehouse. - Respect & follow up process : responsible for the creation and follow up of the customer and material master data. Responsible for the input of new prices and conditions of the products sold to our customers. - Be the right arm of the Team Manager


-A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. -Good knowledge of SAP and Excel -Good bilingual Dutch and French (English is a must) -A genuine interest in helping customers and management team -Ability to solve problems fast -Sense of responsibility and accuracy -Stress resistance -A thoughtful, friendly and positive attitude -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work autonomously and sense of teamwork We offer you a permanent contract in a dynamic and innovative company.
