job description

You are responsible to keep the retail service stations operational and handle all daily operational activities and issues. Therefor you use all Maintenance Helpdesk resources in order to assure the highest possible level of full operating, safe and clean filling stations in the most cost efficient way. Your responsibilities: - First point of contact for the dealers & watchmen of the retail network for all technical problems and operational issues on site. - Dispatch problems to suppliers - Coordination of emergency and safety interventions - Work Order (WO) creation & handling, handling overdues, not accepted WO's, ... - Administrative support such as invoices, mailbox treatment, project planning - The follow-up of general functionality of installations to guarantee the continuation of commercial activities - First point of contact for internal customers - Analysis of the cost, interventions per station/supplier - Contractor follow-up. Follow up meetings with suppliers and continuous improvement - Update and maintenance of technical database - Phone Permanence 24/7 Helpdesk (rotation system with colleagues - 1 week every 5 weeks)


- At least 3 years experience in a similar function (Operational, Help Desk or Technical Support role) - Fluent in Dutch and French (prerequisite), English (preferred), knowledge of German or Polish is a plus - Complementary education concerning safety/VCA is a plus - Computer literate: MS Office (excel is a must), SAP - Pragmatic approach on solving problems - Analytical and accurate approach - Open-minded and Flexible Team Player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills - Enterprising and able to work autonomous - Strong administrator (Structured, accurate & analytical) - Ability to work in and appreciate a multicultural environment Are you interested and do you have what it takes?
