As head Customer Service your ambition is to build up a great workplace in which your 27 customer service colleagues can secure full customer satisfaction. As a group leader you are appointed to build up a high performing team while focusing on delivering excellent quality and processing continuous improvement of the international in- & outbound flow (road / sea / air) of one of our major accounts. Your knowledge lies in daily managing a complex supply chain within a set-up of legal boundaries and KPI-driven deadlines. Your people management skills, supported by a human oriented company culture, are focused on monitoring the development plans of your colleagues working in different shifts. Being a key player in the management of the account you will work in close cooperation with the Key account Manager and operational Manager and provide the board with the necessary data to analyze the results.


-Master degree or similar level by experience -Experienced in Customs , forwarding , preferable in a cross dock related supply chain activity -Affinity with IT driven supply chain processes -Strong knowledge MS office -Knowledge Dutch - English business level Personality : -People Manager -Strong in planning -Sense for detail , sense for structure
