-Ensure and facilitate the implementation of all corporate, regional and local HR procedures and processes - Coordinate the on-boarding activities - Advise on any compensation related questions in line with policies, e.g. incentives, annual merit review, car policy, ¿ - Advise employees and management on local legislation - Build effective relationships with the HR Centers of Excellence as well as with leaders and employees in different parts of the business - Provide advice and guidance on any local concerns and escalate when appropriate - Site visits on monthly basis - Follow-up of the annual performance review process and the action plans when applicable - Follow-up of the development plans and manage the relationship with suppliers for trainings - Monitor the application of terms and conditions in line with local legislation.


- University degree combined - 5 years experience in a HR generalist role - Knowledge of Belgian social legislation. - Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus - Wins with customers: sense of urgency, service and quality, aiming for partnerships - Strong team player mindset - Communicate with impact: across the layers of the organization and across boundaries, in both oral and written communication - Good level of Dutch, French and English
