- Work closely with the Plant HRBP and the Plant Management Team to ensure that the people objectives are implemented optimally to support the achievement of the business goals. - Ensure provision of a full generalist service to the client group including employee relations, staffing, career & personal development, compensation, benefit administration, performance management, etc. - Support engaging and timely internal communications to the plant - Follow up on day to day Workforce planning with the inhouse Agency - Build and develop strong relationships within the broader HR community (e.g. Service Delivery teams)


- Candidates must hold a Master degree within HR or equivalent - Minimum of 3 to 5 year's working experience in the broad field of Human Resources. A proven experience within the manufacturing industry, combined with experience in an international, matrix-based environment is a big preference. - Strong knowledge of HR (best) practices - Natural people skills, proven communication skills at all levels, and an outspoken team player. - Ability to perform under pressure, high flexibility and adaptability. - Dutch speaking, with a very good knowledge of English
