Tasks are associated with one or more of the following functional areas: - talent acquisition and onboarding; - data administration and auditing; - payroll and compensation / benefits administration; - exit and absence management; - resolving and/or escalating colleague inquiries via multiple channels (e.g., live chat, phone, email, online inquiry tool) as well as support and conduct transaction processing; - resolving HR processes and policy questions; - providing general customer service while insuring data quality will also be an important aspect of your job.


What's expected from you? - proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and verbal) is required; - 3+ years of relevant/similar experience; - knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations, including talent management and talent acquisition, data administration, and/or compensation / benefits administration preferred. - strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations; - ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
