For our company in Gent we are looking for an internal commercial representative. Your main responsibilities can be described as follows: Achieve Unit & PAC sales targets (wholesale turnover, units retailed, market share, accessories per retailed unit ...), develop and execute the commercial business strategies related to Units & PAC per product line, activate dealer participation to Unit IO, PAC pre-season, promotional activities, dealer engagement programs and other activities in order to maximize sales results. Next to that your responsible for supporting the dealers in the execution of their marketing and activity plans and leverage existing tools such as lead generation & follow-up, demo unit availability,as well as product launches and promotional activities and programs, in order to develop retail sales, generate business growth and deliver a strong consumer experience. You also have to support the dealers and their staff with the training tools for Unit & PAC product features & benefits and implement learning & practices from other non-tech trainings to ensure they are well equipped for successful retail performance. You have to participate to the development of the Country Unit & PAC business plan development, based on the identified TAP priorities and key opportunities in collaboration with the Regional Commercial Manager and other local as well as functional team members. To end, sometimes you will have to travel (4 to 5 times in a year) to Italy, UK, Suisse, ...


Bachelor degree in Business or equal by experience Relevant experience with regards to sales and dealer network support. Dealership and/or retail sales experience is a plus Experience or affinity with the powersports industry. Fluent in English and Italian.
