Tempo-Team is looking for a Legal SEcretary for one client in Brussels. Our client is an international law firm with offices in Beijing, Brussels, London, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai, Silicon Valley, andWashington, DC. The firm advises multinational corporations on significant transactional, litigation, regulatory, and public policy matters. Main Tasks: - Setting up meetings - Answering calls, emails - Drafting correspondence - Registration of expenses - Registration of invoices - Registration of timesheets - Travel arrangements: investigating and booking flights/trains, accommodations, taxis etc. - Formatting documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Organizing events - Updating the database - Billing - Attending team meetings - Preparing clients' visits: calling different stakeholders and setting up meetings - Various: EP pass arrangement, conferences and memberships registrations, team's week ahead program update, NL/BE bar


- Languages: Good knowledge of French, German and English - Good presence, flexible, organized person and multitask ability - MS Office - Good knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point)
