Tasks and responsabilities:
-Centralize administrative documents & follow up internal approval flows such as contracts, sponsorings...
-Management of equipment and supplier database (screening, contacts) and contracts
-Preparation & follow-up of secrecy agreement, consultancy agreement, PSA's/speaker agreements, Mdeon submission when needed, payment of honoraria of HCPs
-Follow-up of financial administration : invoices, expenses tracker, PO, sponsoring requests, speaker fees, accruals, expenses report, fiscal documents...
-Make travel arrangements for the team
-Organisation of Congress/advisory boards/meetings with External Experts in respect the applicable internal and external requirements.
-Prepare materials for congresses/events
