Executing organizational, administrative and supportive activities/tasks to support Directors and other Managers. Organizational activities; Supporting Directors and other managers within the department Elaborates and executes reports Minutes meetings Welcomes guests and takes incoming phonecalls Controls and maintains documents, some website aspects, excel and graphs Controls declarations and invoices Books travels and car-rentals Travel expenses Travel overview for management Post and mail processing Manages agenda of Directors and group agenda Organises meetings, lunches, locations, data and coordinates several plannings Arranges office supplies, hardware and software Is co-responsible for supporting and facilitating large events such as fairs Arranges individual correspondence and collective mailings if desired Administrative activities; Executes administrative activities on behalf of the organizations, such as: Supports in company correspondence in broad sense Receives and sends extra information to customers, suppliers and the internal organization Supports on inside sales with regards to administration for invoicing, payments, quotations and order intake Manages administration for leave and holidays for the team within the organization Archive and Database Management including Intranet


Business Experience: At least three years Specific knowledge: Knowledge of a sales process Basic knowledge of sales / customer database (CRM) Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other administrative software Knowledge of languages, especially English and Dutch.
