For the Procurement Departement of an international company in Leuven, we are looking for a management assistant who is available untill the end of the year. What do you do? You perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties to the Global Procurement Department. Main accountabilities are: -Plan meetings and appointments, ensuring most efficient planning in terms of time, costs and priorities. Resolve agenda conflict. -Manage practical organization of meetings, workshops and events (on-site, off-site, abroad) from a to z. -Follow-up of availability of official documents for foreign employees (work permit, residence permit, ...) -Manage and coordinate complex international travel arrangements (visa requests, travel schedules, transport and accommodation). -Input of holidays and absences, follow-up of expense notes, booking of equipment -Order processing in ERP and SRM, use of other applications.


Who are you? -Bachelor or equivalent by experience -Fluent Dutch, French and English -Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) -Familiarity with Sharp, ERP, SRM, Egencia travel tool and other applications is an asset -Flexible -Good communication skills, ability to build an internal network -Very accurate -Team player -Able to work under pressure Are you interested?
