The MD Assistant enables the productivity and success of the MD Europe Operations through a full range of secretarial and administrative services, including SAP pricing and discount data management, special projects and office management. Key responsibilities include: maintaining broad knowledge of company operations and policies; anticipating and fulfilling administrative needs and requirements through accurate and quality daily work; maintaining files, records, calendars; meeting deadlines; arranging business travel and tracking expenses. This role exercises tact and diplomacy in addition to handling large amounts of confidential material with complete discretion and operates with great latitude for independent judgment and initiative.

¿Associate's degree in Business or comparable discipline ¿Bachelor¿s degree preferred but not required ¿5 years of executive administrative assistant experience required ¿International business experience a plus Skills/Abilities: ¿Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint; including business reporting modules ¿Travel and enterprise resource system software experience required ¿Excellent oral and written communication skills (FR/EN), including preparing presentations ¿Ability to plan and organize activities, processes and workload ¿Detail-oriented and accuracy in task management and document production is essential ¿Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of the organization ¿Must be able to effectively multi-task and prioritize high level workload ¿Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner ¿Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed ¿Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn; seek out development activities ¿Take initiative, seek and act on opportunities to improve organization performance
