We are currently looking for a well- organized, flexible in terms of working hours, English speaking EVENT ASSISTANT and competent in office administration to support the Event Coordinator in her daily tasks. Preferably having already a first experience in event management or having organized an event in the past. Responsibilities: support the event coordinator (E.C.) with the following tasks Take care of event operations (preparing event materials, venue, technical requirements, invitations, etc.) Practical organization of the events such as conferences, debates with attention to financial and time constraints in agreement with the E. C. and the rest of the team Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems ¿ coordinate with E.C. Coordinating office admin activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance Support reception and front desk related tasks Assist colleagues whenever necessary


Skills: Good Communication skills, proactive and dynamic with hands on attitude; enthusiast and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
