Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in Belgium and other European countries (this includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from hiring, leave, terminations, etc.). - Responsible for the affiliation of our employees to different plans (e.g. pension plan) as offered by the company. - Be able to respond to inquiries regarding time registration, overtime and different time off plans and responsible for the different reports regarding those. - Help with setting up new hires, rehires and terminations in our internal Human Resources system (Workday) and the payroll system. - Establish and maintain employee records, ensure that employees changes are entered correctly and on a timely manner to enable an accurate payroll and accurate data in the different plans. - Ensure the coordination efforts between payroll, Human Resources and other departments if necessary. - Keep abreast with company policies and tax and social security legislation that impacts on remuneration. - Be able to set-up different reports as required. - Help to set up and encourage compliance with HR policies. - Assist the Senior Counsel with various Human Resources related tasks and communicate payroll changes on a timely manner. - Complete special Human Resources related projects as needed. - Treat information acquired during execution of the job as strictly confidential. - Protect the confidentiality of information and records. - Perform other duties as specified by management. - Report any problems to the Senior Counsel. - Receive additional training throughout the company. - Be aware of the quality and environmental policy and contribute to achieving quality and environmental goals by following all related procedures and work instructions. And by doing so adhere to the requirements of the ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001 standards applied within the company, where applicable.


- Must have at least a Bachelo's degree, or equivalent related experience. - Must have a first experience as a Payroll Administrator. - Must have excellent computer skills which includes knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Knowledge of eBlox is an advantage. - Must have excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Must be punctual and maintain a high level of organization. - Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. - Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paces environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines. - Must possess the ability to adapt to changes in the process. - Must be able to interact in a professional manner with partners, employees and all levels of management. - Must be able to work in a group or independently. - Must be able to read, write and speak Dutch and English fluently. Other languages are a bonus. - Must be able to work over 40 hours per week, if required.
