- The set-up and updating of product information systems which allow a good product management and follow up on market trends - The work out, in consultation with the marketing manager, an overall product management strategy and multiple product strategies in accordance to the product range - Identify gaps and opportunities for launch of new products in close collaboration with sales/R&D/marketing manager - The critically evaluation of the product development demands introduced by sales/other parties against the backdrop of the product management strategy - Manage, coordinate and follow-up on all ongoing product development projects from the very start of the development to the introduction in the market, ensuring a successful product launch on the due date - Providing cross-functional leadership by bridging the gaps between the different departments involved in the product development process (R&D/production/masterdata/finance/sales/supply chain/marketing) - Giving the required input on product developments to the marketing creative in order to allow the development of all kind of marketing tools (fairs, brochures, point of sales material,...) - Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities


- Master Business Economics, specialization in Marketing Management - 1-3 years of experience in product management (B2B) in a FMCG environment - Languages: Dutch/French/English, fluent writing and speaking (minimum requirement); German/other foreign languages (optional) - Strong and confident communicator - Hands-on organizer - Punctual and accurate executor - Flexible and taking ownership - Creative and solution-driven - Strong attention to detail, works in a structured, pro-active manner - Team worker - Enjoying project work and delivering projects on time - Affinity with food
