Our company is a 100% Belgian hospitality group operating with 11 hotels franchised under the famous ibis brand. The group is actually extending his activities over the whole country. Several 3 and 4-star brands will be added during the coming months/years. In order to optimize our hotel revenue in and around Brussels, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. WHAT'S IN THE NAME - Prospect and develop new corporate business - Proactively manage existing corporate accounts of the hotel - Implement account strategic plan for each of the top accounts - Maintain accurate and up to date account data and reporting using Sales Force - Regular reporting to the sales and Marketing Manager - Active participation to hotel¿s events, sales blitzes, networking events, fairs ,workshops

qualification

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Hotel sales experience of at least 1 year Strong proactive selling skills with a proven track record to close sale Strong team player, excellent people skills and able to work independently. Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm. Present ideas, expectations and information in a well-organized manner. Outgoing personality and willingness to serve. Able to develop accounts strategy short and long term. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French. Ability to coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, good organizer
