¿Manage the incoming mail and keep the country specific mailboxes clean ¿Create/ update the new/ existing customer accounts with all required data needed in the different tools used by the Customer Care department ¿Facilitate quote process for technical department in ERP system ¿Gather all price related information and cooperate with the other related functions to assure the latest price information is available in the tools used by the Customer Care department ¿Handle literature and sample requests ¿Follow up and handling of consignment stocks at customers ¿Diverse Admin tasks ¿Issue credit notes related to bonus and rebate agreements with customers ¿Support our intercompany business by giving support for intercompany orders/returns/complaints


¿Bachelor Degree or equal by experience in administrative customer related roles in an international business environment ¿IT skills: Excellent PC Skills (MS Office/ CRM/ ERP (SAP preferred)/ internet) ¿Languages: profound English language skills essential, advanced knowledge of German and French preferred ¿Excellent administrative skills ¿Problem Solver/Anticipator/Eye for detail ¿Organizing and problem solving capabilities
