The Technical Support, Training and Quality Coordinator will support with the training structure. He/She will help for the set-up programs and provide help for the development of a structure that delivers consistent training throughout the region and will ensure the following of the quality analysis and feedback process. Key Objectives & Responsibilities: Assist to carry out training need analyses: the level of people¿s knowledge can vary greatly, so he/she will be helping in delivering sessions on the basics or teaching very experienced technicians. Assist in designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises. Support the organization of market courses to meet the needs of learners and demands of the business. Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up the technical material (tools, software, training school, boats¿) together with the Technical Support, Training and Quality Coordinator. Support the development of new IT applications to support training. Deal with administrative records and the quality issues. Assist the BME team in delivering the technical support for OEM, distributors and dealers.


The ideal candidate will have a technical level degree or equivalent with 3 years' experience and experience in managing and delivering training, with: Good IT skills to support the training development and quality analysis and reporting Spoken and written English Knowledge of French is highly important Ability to speak any other European language is an asset Excellent communicator Strong team player Customer oriented High sense of quality and the ability to deliver clear reporting
