Voor een international bedrijf in Temse zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke administratieve logistieke medewerker voor een periode van 4 maand. Responsibilities: ¿ Administrative management of outgoing finished goods: o Ensure efficient and effective administrative processes o Prepare the right outbound documents while meeting BD Compliance and Export Regulation requirements. Outbound documents (CMR, packingslips, invoices, customs documents through PLDA & NCTS system, certificates, dangerous goods documents, other Trade Compliance documents) should comply with compliance requirements and be available on time for timely departure. o Communicate required shipment & logistic information in a timely manner, to Carriers, Customs and Customers, including Electronic Data Interchange. o Strictly follow up operational export processes and report any non-conformities immediately. Operational processes include archiving of o Assure correct archiving of customs documents and proof of exit notifications o Interact closely with forwarders, Yard & Gate Team, outbound operations, outbound warehouse & transport planning, customs authorities and Transport Service Desk

Requirements/Qualifications: Functional & technical knowledge ¿ Transportation Management o Basic knowledge of local and international transportation. o Basic understanding of Inco terms. ¿ Customs management & International trading o knowledge of customs procedures and systems (NCTS, PLDA) ¿ Security, Compliance & Quality o Understand impact of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 on record
