    As a member of a dynamic team you will be responsible for a correct, complete and timely input, allocation, confirmation and follow-up of orders. Your main responsibilities will be:- Order entry: Input of all order lines in the system in a timely and qualitative manner with the purpose to have the order linesready for allocation. - Identify, communicate and follow up on order entry related issues.- Allocation: Allocate all order lines to stock meeting the customer's requirements with the purpose to have the order ready to be processed by the distribution center.- Delivery confirmation: Confirm order delivery and invoicing details to the customers.- Communication: Liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure qualitative end-to-end order fulfillment.

You are the first point of contact and are responsible for the cross departmental coordination of orders, both internally and externally, from order receipt until delivery of the product. You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues. To help you succeed you are part of our Customer Service team.This means: - Being the first point of contact for external and internal customers and distributors- Communicating proactively and managing the follow up of lead times- Handling orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents- After Sales customer support: credit checks, service complaints, product returns, ..- You act as a back-up for your colleagues
