As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the link between your customers and multiple internal departments. Your objective is to facilitate and ensure an efficient order processing flow for spare sparts needed by your customers. Your customers are municipalities and companies.You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding spare parts, prices, delivery terms, etc. You draw and follow-up quotations in a CRM system. You are responsible for managing orders from A - Z (input of order, contact with suppliers, organising transport & required documents, creating an invoice, etc.).You communicate with internal departments (e.g. engineering or logistics) to gather all necessary information for a correct and efficient handling of all customers' needs.You create and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers. You communicate effectively and transparent, you have a pro-active manner in which you inform all stakeholders.
