We are looking for bilingual customer service representatives who desire to work from the office located in Pointe-aux-Trembles, with the possibility of permanence! If you are looking for job stability, this offer is for you!

    As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be called upon to provide courteous service and advice to our customers via email and phone.

    Salary: 19$/h

    Work availability: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm OR 7:30am to 4:30pm
    Full time: 37.5 h per week

    Training: In-Office teamed with the supervisor, 3 to 4 weeks


    Location: Pointe-aux-Trembles

    Start date: ASAP!!!

    Responsibilities
    As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be expected to:

    -Be an ambassador to customers;
    -Tracking of parcels;
    -Answer incoming calls (questions about products and services, billing, retention, etc.);
    -Act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers;
    -Navigate with ease through a complex system to update customer files and other administrative tasks;
    -Provide support in case of breakdowns or problems;
    -Follow up on orders and all research.

    Qualifications
    Customer service representatives need to:

    -Be bilingual (English and French);
    -Quickly and easily build good relationships with clients;
    -Techsavyy;
    -Have an analytical mind and be able to prioritize with good judgment;
    -Experience in the transportation industry is an asset
    -Demonstrate diligence.

    Summary
    Salary: 19$
