    Our client, a company in the construction industry, is looking for a bilingual order clerk for his Anjou office.

    Under the responsibility of the administrative manager, the customer service representative will have to manage orders from A to Z. From order taking, to interdepartmental management and logistics. You will also have the opportunity to get to know your customers and their needs.

    Advantages

    •Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm - 37.5 hours per week;
    •Salary $48,000 to $58,000
    •3 weeks of vacation;

    Responsibilities
    •Ensuring the role of direct intermediary between the company and the customers
    •Receive customer orders and ensure order entry
    • Validate orders with factory departments
    •Ensure complete follow-up of orders from receipt to shipment
    •Ensure proactive communication with customers on all aspects of orders and transport and delivery schedules
    •Ensure the follow-up of all related projects, and many other tasks related to customer service!

    Qualifications
    •1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service position or related experience
    •Have a customer-focused approach and be results-oriented
    • Great organizational and structural capacity
    •Flexibility and quick adaptation to change, tolerance to work under pressure
    •Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
