同社の研究開発部門は、CSO統括の元、BIOチーム、AIチーム、ロボットチームの３チームで活動しております。今回募集のポジションはBIOチームにおけるプロジェクトマネジャーの募集です。組織概要サイエンスチーム（統括：CSO）┗BIOチーム（統括：本募集ポジション）┗AIチーム（統括：Lead Engineer）┗Roboticsチーム （統括：CTO）BIOチーム、AIチーム、Roboticcsチーム全体を統括するCSOと共に、BIOチームのプロジェクト統括／共同研究計画を進めていただきます。※Japanese follows English. / 日本語は英語の後に記載しています。Duties and Responsibilities•Respond to requests and launch new research projects, including joint research with pharmaceutical companies and in-house R & D.•Preparation of project proposals and work plans, project management (project planning, goal setting, budget management, schedule progression).•Facilitate project meetings with internal and external partners.•Smooth coordination and collaboration among the BIO, AI, and Robotics teams.•Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other teams as needed.•Follow up with each researcher on the BIO team and promote the project.業務内容・製薬会社との共同研究や社内R＆Dを含む、新しい研究プロジェクトの依頼対応・立ち上げ・プロジェクトの企画書や作業計画の作成、プロジェクトマネジメント（プロジェクト計画、目標設定、予算管理、スケジュール進行）・社内および社外パートナーとのプロジェクト会議の進行・BIOチーム、AIチーム、Roboticsチームの各チーム間とのスムーズな連携と協力体制の構築・事業開発、財務、オペレーション、法務、その他必要に応じてのチームとの協働・バイオチームの各研究員のフォロー、プロジェクト推進

求められる経験

Job Requirements
・Experience in R&D management or research supervision in pharmaceutical companies, clinical testing companies, bio-ventures, academia, etc.
・Experience in collaborative research planning, project promotion, and coordination.
・Extensive experience in one of the following areas: genetic engineering, evolutionary molecular engineering, protein engineering, or biopharmaceutical development.
・Degree or equivalent experience in the life sciences.
・Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English.

Desired skills & Experiences
・Work experience in drug discovery projects
・Ph.D. in genetic engineering, evolutionary molecular engineering, protein engineering, etc.
・Experience with phage display and mRNA/cDNA display experiments.
・Experience with experiments using cell-free translation systems.
・Experience with AKTA, ELISA, Biacore, Octet.
・Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS).
・Experience in bioinformatics, especially sequence analysis.

必須要件
・製薬企業、臨床検査企業、バイオベンチャー、アカデミアなどでの研究開発マネジメント、又は研究統括の実務経験
・共同研究計画立案、プロジェクト推進、コーディネーションのご経験
・遺伝子工学・進化分子工学・タンパク質工学・バイオ医薬品開発のいずれか分野における豊富な経験
・生命科学系分野における学位またはそれと同等の経験
・日本語及び英語で業務遂行に必要なコミュニケーションが取れること

・遺伝子工学・進化分子工学・タンパク質工学等における博士号
・ファージディスプレイ・mRNA/cDNAディスプレイ実験の経験
・無細胞翻訳系を用いた実験の経験
・AKTA・ELISA・Biacore・OCtetの経験
・次世代シーケンサー（NGS）の経験
・バイオインフォマティクス、特に配列解析の経験
