Our Business Development Managers are responsible for generating new business through direct client contact, cold calling, selling our temporary services, developing accounts, and driving results. What you need to bring:2+ years of business to business sales, outside sales, or staffing experienceBachelor's degree Ability to develop long-lasting relationshipsAgility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver resultsStrong interpersonal communication and influencing skillsAbility to make decisions, take direction, and execute a planProven track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environmentProficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
