    This Group is a family-owned and managed business with over 75 years who has given hope to borrowers who have been turned away by the major lenders. By providing a flexible approach to the assessment of clients’ finances they support countless families with opportunities to secure their futures.

    You will work closely with mortgage brokers across the state by dramatically enhancing what products they can offer their clients who are in need of something different!

    Your employer is well established and has several decades of experience to assist your development.

    The role:

    • Relationship management of broker relationships, educating them and working together to achieve outcomes
    • Work with an established list of brokers but create your own path to success
    • Proactively generate and maintain a strong panel of mortgage brokers
    • Provide professional and timely attention to all broker queries
    • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures and compliance

    About You:

    • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in banking/finance/mortgage markets
    • Comprehensive understanding of consumer and lending terminologies and principles secured by residential mortgages, including an understanding of non-conforming lending
    • Experienced in sales, be results, action and achievement oriented and have a proven ability to network and build relationships
    • Proven ability to connect with new brokers/aggregators
    • Able & willing to speak publicly either by presenting face to face and/or virtually
    • Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
