Randstad is thrilled to partner with a leader in photography to find a highly motivated Collections Agent to join their dynamic team in Brampton, ON. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering a fantastic opportunity for career growth within a reputable organization. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with the potential for advancement.

Type: On-going contract with the potential for extension or permanency
Pay: $26/ hour
Availability required: Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Hybrid (Mondays and Wednesdays in office in Brampton, ON)

Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone (primarily inbound calls).
-Manage collections activities for B2B and/or B2C accounts.
-Process credit card payments.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding payment issues.
Qualifications
-Minimum one year of experience in collections or customer service; experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment preferred.
-MUST BE proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP essential).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Located in Mississauga/Brampton
