Experience in account management and inside sales? Looking for an opportunity in Markham? We are currently recruiting for an inside sales role with a large, established, and growing company. In this role you will be responsible for handling key accounts, meeting sales targets, generating new business, providing client support, processing quotations, preparing reports, and more. If you have a sales focused mind, and are looking to take the next step in your career, this role is for you!

Who and How you will provide support:

• Build and reinforce client relationships
• Generate business through existing clients, as well as source potential new clients
• Communicate with surrounding team and internal departments
• Communicate with customers through phone and email
• Action and respond to inquiries or requests
• Learn about clients' needs and ensure they're met
• Manage client database
• General office support

What you NEED to be successful in this role:

• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• Bilingual French considered a strong asset
• Prioritizing and time management skills
• Strong understanding of business development
• Customer service experience and mindset is a must
• Flexibility, initiative, and perseverance
• Strong Microsoft Office experience (intermediate-advanced)
• Experience in the quality assurance and health & safety industry an asset
• Ability to work and thrive in a busy environment
