Randstad Canada is actively seeking Account Managers to join their team. This is an opportunity to partner with Canada's Largest and fastest growing companies. If you have been described as being adaptable, well organized, career driven and a people oriented person, this may be a great fit for you. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

*Sourcing - creating and advertising job postings, conducting open houses, executing out of the box ideas for developing a talent pool
*Interviewing - schedule and complete face to face interviews
*Compliance - Conduct health and safety training, orientations, reference and criminal checks, site tours
*Relationship building - through onsite meetings, daily interactions and touch bases, develop and maintain relationships with employees and clients
*Business Development - Act as the main point of contact for client to Randstad. Work along side Randstad Operations Manager to create and implement process improvements to existing operations that will aid in employee engagement, retention and production.

*$40,000 - $45,000 annually plus bonus incentive
* RRSP contribution
*Monday to Friday work hours

University Education
*2-3 years experience with full cycle recruitment OR
*2-3 years in an Assistant Manager/Manager/ Account Manager Role
*Responsible for a financial target with proved history of meeting/ exceed targets
*Must be adaptable and flexible to ever changing needs of clients
*Must have an outgoing personality that can adapt to various personalities
*Organized, well spoken, professional with a desire for career advancement is a must
*Must be willing to work flexible work hours if the needs of the client change
