We are on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to support the Controller for a contract position. For the right candidate this could lead to permanent.

In this position, you are the first point of contact for all clients and employees. You will be responsible for both Administration and Accounting tasks along with support to the Controller.

Some of your duties will include, but limited to:

• Answering and Directing all incoming calls
• Greeting clients
• Working within Sightline software
• Data entry
• Accounting Data Entry
• Other Duties as assigned

Advantages
• Great pay of $18-20/hr
• Working hours of Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5pm; Friday 7:30am-11:30am

Qualifications
• 3+ years working within a similar role
• Strong Excel skills
• Good understanding of Billing, and invoicing and other accounting functions
• Experience with Sightline software considered a strong asset
