We are looking to add a Intermediate Accounting Clerk on a contract basis in Brantford. You will be covering for a leave of absence for an approximate 3.5 month period.

The roles and responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Administrative Duties as needed
• Filing, Scheduling, Correspondence

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of Accounting and administration.

• We need someone who is savvy with computers: Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and AccPac
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist in any area within the office team.
• Quick learner
