Are you currently seeking to develop your working experience in Accounts Payable? Do you come from a minimum of two year as an accounting clerk? Then we would love to chat with you! We are currently seeking someone who is interested in joining an amazing team to assist with the Accounts Payable department!
The successful candidate will be detail oriented and will have experience supporting a Accounts Payable department with processing and sorting invoices! This role will require someone who possesses the ability to work well in a team environment and someone who is very detail oriented.

- Accurately and timely sort Accounts Payable invoices and statements
- Work with deadlines
- Verify invoices against PO’s and process transactions.
- Manage transactions such as vendor invoices and payments.
- Monitor vendor’ payment schedules to ensure that timely payment is received.
- Resolve any billing or invoicing discrepancies.
- Process employee expense claim forms

- 3 month Accounts Payable assignment with an hourly rate of $19-$21
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Amazing team culture

- Diploma or degree in the Accounting or Financial industry would be an asset
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Accounts Payable role
- Proficient skills in Excel and MS Office
- A strong understanding of Accounts Payable functions
- Ability to work well with others.
- Experience with general ledger and month end closing functions
