Accounts Payable/ Invoicing Clerk

Attention all Invoicing Representatives! Are you seeking to grow your career Invoicing and Purchase Order matching? Do you want to join a corporate team? Then we would love to talk to you!

We are currently seeking someone who comes from experience using SAP or Oracle and who has done high volume invoicing in the past. In this position, you will be matching invoices and checking for any discrepancies as well as entering invoices into the system. This role will require a high level of attention to detail, ability to multitask and a high level of organization.

If you come from a background in Invoicing then be sure to reach out to us! We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years’ of experience in Invoicing and matching Purchase Orders or Accounting.

- Handle a high volume of entering invoices into the system
- Review invoices to make sure that the information matches the Purchase Order
- Enter data into the system
- Work with other departments to ensure that information is accurate

- $20-$22 p/hr
- The assignment will be between 3-4 months with the potential to go permanent
- Access to group shared benefits
- Full-time opportunity- Monday to Friday
- Located on the border of Oakville and Mississauga

- 2 Years minimum of experience in entering invoices into the ERP system and matching Invoices
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- A high level of skill in Excel
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to work well with others
- Logistics industry experience required
