Do you have a previous account payable experience? Do you have great interpersonal skills, and perform your work in a swift and professional manner? Are you looking for an opportunity in a leading tax Industry? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Accounts Payable Processor in DT Toronto location. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 3-6 month assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid up to $17.93 per hour.

• Ensure all invoices are properly coded and approved and accurately and efficiently process them into the accounting system for timely payment
•Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare an analysis of various AP accounts
• Validate vendor statements and inquiries, investigates discrepancies, communicate with vendors and internal personnel to ensure completeness of transactions
• Work with the accounts payable team to streamline processes
• Monitor requisition for PO and non-PO purchases

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Undergraduate Degree
• Proficient in SAP will be an asset
