Are you Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for an exciting temp to perm opportunity? This may be the position for you. Located minutes from transit in the downtown core, this role will challenge and excite you.

Our client is looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with them and seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. The candidate will be capable of processing high volume invoices on a weekly basis and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities:
*Processing daily invoices
* Managing the invoicing process for a portfolio of accounts in Canada using SAGE software
* Conducting warm collection calls on past due invoices to ensure clients meet payment terms and timeline
accordingly
*Providing high-level customer service to client issues in a professional manner
* Producing and validating weekly sales report as required
*Working closely with all business stakeholders and senior management to understand requirements, contribute
in regular reviews and address issues from customers to reach mutually beneficial resolutions in a timely manner
*Collecting data and reporting on monthly and quarterly metrics

Requirements:
*Minimum of 3-4 years’ of experience in a B2B account receivables
*Strong working experience in invoicing and collecting accounts
*Proven analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
*Proficiency in SAGE software is considered a strong asset
* Excellent multitasking skills with the proven ability to handle high volume invoicing
*Strong communication skills both, verbal and written
