Are you interested in working for an Elite Construction firm in Toronto? If so, this opportunity could be yours! Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable + Billings Coordinator who has experience with WIP valuations/billings, invoicing, reconciliations of accounts, collections and deductions.

Responsibilities:
* High volume reconciliations
* Application of unallocated funds
* Soft collections for 3000+ students
* Generating accounting reports and statements with validity and accuracy
* Handling all deposits, EFT's and wire payments
* Monthly billings
* Reconciliation of A/R account to balance GL

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Billings, Collections and Deductions
* Profound knowledge of SAP ERP software
* University or College degree reflecting either Business, Accounting or Finance
* Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Functions (Pivots, vlookup, VBA, Formulas)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team
